Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Appointment Booking Policies - Free Quote Service Appointment Booking: Appointments for the free quote must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the desired date. To schedule an appointment, the client must provide their complete contact information and confirm availability for the proposed day and time. Appointments will be confirmed via email or text message, depending on the client's preference. Appointment Modification: In the event that the client needs to reschedule the appointment, they must notify us at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment, in order to assign a new time based on availability. Appointment modifications are free of charge and will be subject to the availability of the service. No-Show Appointment: In case of no-show at the appointment without prior notice, the service will be cancelled without the possibility of rescheduling the appointment at no additional cost. If the client does not attend the appointment and wishes to schedule a new one, they may do so at an associated cost. Punctuality: The client is requested to show up punctually at the agreed time. In the event that the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled, depending on availability. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In case of exceptional circumstances, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to find an appropriate solution.
